My complaint:
I was scammed through Coinbase and when the money was coming out of my account as I could see I rang Coinbase fraud and spoke to a lady who said I will deal with it and I would not lose my money and said leave it with her yet I funds were removed. They say it’s not there fault. I have send so many complaints after about 10 days they close the account and say solved. I have spoke to a lady who promised to investigate it last June still no reply. The support team are very poor and don’t know what they are doing unless they have been told to constantly ignore customers that have had funds scammed through Coinbase’s site. It was around £3500 that was nearly a year ago, once again I have just has a reply complaint solved yet they have done nothing, it’s say like normal complaint closed open another ticket. Please help.
Suggested solution:
THEY SHOULD PAY ME BACK MY FUNDS WITH 8% INTEREST AND COMPENSATE ME FOR OVER 30 HOURS SPENT TRYING TO GET THIS SIMPLE ISSUE SOLVED. ALSO TO STOP BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE AS ITS THROUGH THERE SITE FUNDS WERE SCAMMED FROM
