My complaint:
i have contacted CB (Coinbase) at lease ten (10) times including trying to take photo of m drivers license, id and passport plus emails telling you about the change and requesting you to send verification code to y NEW phone number. yet – for over ten times you keep sending code to my old number that i have NO ACCESS to, FYI, it is impossibLe to focus the divers license on my webcam; i have tried doing it over ten times without success! AGAIN: my new phone number is 918-206-9415 WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED WITH THE PHONE COPANY.. could you possibly send me a text message to my new number for authentification? IT IS JUST A VERY SIMPLE ONE-STEP CHANGE. WHY MAKE IT SO UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED AND HARD?!?!?!?
