My complaint:
We have been in contact with coinbase pro support since may 23 2021 today’s date is June 22nd 2021 our case is 06272626. The issue we are having is we can not make a deposit or withdrawal. We were told the case was being escalated to a team of specialists they would follow up with me as soon as we have an update. That was may 29th 2021 three weeks ago. We have tried several times to contact then ask very kindly about the issue, with no response.
Suggested solution:
Give us answers or at least allow us to close the account and get our fund back.
