My complaint:
I had 3 totalnof JOKER cards from sept.12 to sept 13, i used the 2 joker card to completed the 2 sets of cards witch is the CANADA AND FOREST CARDS, so i should have 1 more remaining JOKER, i tried to contact the technical support to check troughly my account , but i did not get a good responsed, they inisist that i already used the 3 JOKER cards where in they cant say in witch part of my card i used my JOKER card, its unacceptable since i am spending a huge amount on that game, in just 2 weeks i spent $350 just to be ignored my simple concern. They do have the limited tournament that im up too but since my JOKER card is finished im unable to complete the task that i am aiming to get, its a hassle and very disappointment.
Suggested solution:
They should checked my account troughly since its a simple issue supposed to be, and i should be compensated for the missing card that i am complaining. Its should be easy to get resolved.
