Coin Master complaint: Why does my coin master show connection lost?

My complaint:

Whenever l log in my coin master app, it shows connection lost even if the connection is pretty good.

Suggested solution:

l love to play this coin master game alot. l'm so upset with this log in error. l can't log in and roll the spin.
