My complaint:
I’m currently in the game at level 210, I definitely wanted to complain about the latest changes, which do not encourage players to play, taking part in the fight for the gold card on the viking quest so far ALWAYS as a reward (no meaning the joker card on the top just in the middle of the tournament) was a gold NEW card, but recently I get the same card, the one I already have! If you do not guarantee a win in the form of a new golden card, then you should clearly inform the participants of this fact, because it makes no sense to spend 3 trillion coins and spend 5 hours gambling to receive the same card !!! If it is not a gold card, at least it should be the white – regular one, but always NEW !! It’s very hard to collects coins and spins that you can pass levels for and then so easy and quickly you take them back ! , I think such rules are unfair and it seems that the management only cares about the customers who spend real money in the game. really disappointed about it …. and I know that i’m not alone, I hope you will take the above comments into account and change the rules regarding in-game rewards. thank you
