My complaint:
enjoy this game very much, but as for the glitch server overload. Whatever may be the problem I wasn’t awarded my first place reward for the event that glitches out. .. I also got to my 10,000 spins on hearts event, and wasn’t awarded those either. On top of that viking is out of wack, and is requiring 3 times my normal amounts, and wasn’t even able to get 3 gold cards still the normal 2 golds. I would like some feedback of some sort it would be appreciated.
Suggested solution:
I would just like compensation for what I should have been awarded. The joker event yesterday that glitched out, and I was first yet received nothing. Should have been 2k spins for win plus joker chest which is a possible 3.6k spins and a possible jooer card.. Then id appreciate it if I were given my spins for hearts event i wasn't awarded in return i got stuck way off the next set of rewards.... Their wasn't any photos as i wasn't expecting this to happen... I honestly was so mad I just threw my phone away from me. . I love your gama, but that just isn't right.
