My complaint:

Yesterday I was playing on the chest my game froze as I lost connection I was in hospital after open heart surgery. I moved to another area but my phone had closed due to inactivity so I had to sign back in with my fingerprint as I did this a message came up thank you for you purchase. I was confused as I didn’t make one I looked and it was £94.99 for an xl coins pack not only that I never got the 84million coins which is not a lot for nearly hundred pound. I’m a pensioner I never buy coins I do buy spins but at most 7.99 packages from game. PayPal paid Google you billed Google and I have registered a dispute with both but Google said it against thier policy to refund I contacted moon active coin master Google pay PayPal and my bank as it has wiped my bank out why on earth would I voluntelery send my account overdrawn and cause £10 a day charges I don’t get my pension for 4 weeks I’ve had to cancel all direct debits and bank charges will wipe out my pension I have no one that can help so I begging you sort your game out so. It doesn’t take a purchase from vunerable people. And reimburse my money I have deleted app cancel led Google pay. I see from my bank you have taken the £94 causing severe hardship as now I will get £10 a day charges and this will be over a fortnight makin the purchase over £ 400 I told you I didn’t have the money in my bank I live on my pension and when I finally get it it will be gone in charges I may as well kill myself I’m not going to be able to pay bills or live
