My complaint:
Will my grandchildren stay with me since their parents have lost their wages due to the covid-19 and they like to play on my phone there are three and five years old but somehow they have connected my card to a app coin master and it has been taking money from it for two months now and I need my money back I barely can even cover my bills right now and I don’t need this BS
Suggested solution:
They should give me back my money I apologize that that happened with my grandchildren they're three and five years old but you should understand and refund me my money and it should have some type of like insurance or something to your company that covers whatever you think you're might be out over a damn game I don't play video games like that I let them play on my phone but they won't no more
