My complaint:

My phone was unlocked in my pocket and A purchase of 120 euro was made on the Coinmaster app. I dont understand how it happened as my phone is set up that a password must be given before any purchase yet 120 euro is gone. Unfortunately that was part of my rent money and I am freaking out! Requested for a refund and they simply said no. Just take back the damn coins, I didnt want them in the first place. I just want a roof over my head for christmas, which at this stage doesnt look likely..
