My complaint:
Are used to purchase several Apple game cards to purchase things through coin master they would take my money off of my card without giving me anything and stealing over hundreds of dollars through my bank account even though we had to decline and turn off my cards several times every time I try to put a card in for anything coin master tries to steal my money I have called several times I have messaged via complaints on computer and help site and not one time have I got any kind of a response other than you have to pay what we are charging you I am turning into Better Business Bureau and I will show them my entire bank statement from almost 2 years ago where they can clearly see all of the purchases of money that you stalled from my account without my authorization
Suggested solution:
They are blocking my entire phone to use any application that I need to open including work applications it is taken away from my livelihood I cannot afford to go get another phone because coin master are robbing me blind out of my bank account on top of the Apple Pay I had cards that I have purchased and used that they charged you for all kinds of random charges before you might get $18 out of a $50 gift card absolutely absurd word of mouth goes along way and believe me I have a big one and I do work with several people and a whole lot of customers I know exactly how customer service is supposed to work and you certainly have not taken upon yourself to even pick up a phone to help out what you have done now you’re getting into my livelihood through my phone I’m done I’m going directly to Better Business Bureau and I will be taking them all of my paperwork from my bank that my banker brought to my attention for over a year now I had no idea
I am a 51-year-old lady I’m not some child that is just pushing buttons
