My complaint:
At first, I thought it was just my phone, but while I was at my sister’s she was playing coin master and her game froze on her, by the time it unfrozen her coins were gone and her property destroyed, than while I was at work a couple of my co workers had the same problem. I have spent a lot of money playing coin master, only to have the game to keep freezing on me, I just recently lost 5000 spins, and I had 512,457, or close to the last three numbers. When I tried to build my villiage, the game froze for over a hour, when I was able to play I was down to 246 coins, today I was playing and had close to 800,000 when I tried to finish my village once again the game froze for over a hour, by the time I was able to play I lost all my coins I had 4100 in spins I went down to 1800 in spins to get the 800,000 in coins only to lose it all, and my village once again destroyed. Myself, my sister and a few others are thinking on quilting and telling our friends why on facebook that we play against, because as you can see I have lost a lot of money because of losing my coins and spins. I think you should make good on giving me back all my spins and coins, that I have lost. And try to fix the game from freezing up.I can only add a photo if the game is unfrozen, but my spins and coins are gone, I can't show that proof, but you can check by my game and the purchases I have made.
