Coin Master complaint: Support do not help you when they are at fault

My complaint:

I have been back and forth with support from coinmaster for 15 days after I messaged them about cards that have been stolen by them on my account .. I sent every screen shot of what they wanted and provided every detail they wanted and they avoid it all the time they havent mentioned my missing cards not once to me .. very generic replies saying it’s a visual issue when clearly not I have every screenshot of every message clearly showing no help given to me . 15 days I have been trying to get help even asked for a different agent to deal with it as the first agent was no help at all and the second agent hasn’t helped either . They say technical team is now dealing with it but still havent heard a thing . It’s like I am getting palmed off in the hopes I forget about it .. but no I will not they have stolen cards from my account and will not give them back .

Suggested solution:

Get me some proper help and give me my cards back .. not even an offer of compensation or anything from them .. I have sent 29 emails to them and still nothing has been done .. shouldn't take this long when they are at fault not me
I often see many people complaining now about coinmaster game I have over 40 images as proof I will try merge them into small pics .
