Coin Master complaint: Stolen cards, coins and spins from gifts

On august 23rd I emailed coin master about 532 cards, 100 spins and 100 lot of coins where stolen from my gifts.
Most of the cards where rares most where locked.
It got passed to their support team.
Never heard anything back.
I have emailed numerous times now and have stated I will accept 50k spins if the cards can not be replaced.
I have provided proof everytime.
Still no response.
I feel ripped off.
I have spent alot of real money within the game.
I feel they are taking everyone for a ride.
