This has happened to myself and my daughter resulting in over $1000 in charges.. We tried resolving this with Coin Master but they refuse to refund us. I also would like to note that this began after we purchased a small PKG of spins hoping to get a Joker card. After this is when the charges started. We have also had complaints on the rewards and referral spins. There always seems to be a problem with the system with not receiving spinscoins or taking to many away. When you notify them (the only way you can by email) and because of all the complaints there is a long response time so when and if they send an email in return it’s usually always the same.. they looked into the matter and they can not find any fault on there end. So I guess I did these purchases as I slept, was at work, while driving down the road, making dinner, in the shower, doing laundry, food shopping, in the movies, teaching a class ect.
When responding to a reward or game play issue I have been told they have looked into the matter and they did reward me correctly or there was not a problem. So again I imagined the problem and issue. Why would I write you a letter try and take screenshots send them to you explain the issue IF THERE IS NO PROBLEM..like I have nothing else to do. I mean why would I lie about something like this.. Coin Master has the worst Customer Service!!
They can resolve the issue by refunding the money.and helping to resove this issues in the future...Also start to have some Customer Service. Listen to your customers we are the ones that are making this Coin Master App successful!! So instead of making us feel like we are lying to you show some Customer Service!!! Send those spinscoins to us. It will mk you money in the long run...
