Coin Master complaint: Still Owe and said cant find anything happened.

Ive emailed and yesterday 12.5.19 i received 5k spins and 85mil in coins which im happy about but still not content beings ive lost 5x that amount in spins and 25x in coins. Then two vikings thats screwed me out of 2 gold cards that would have gave me another 10k spins. And finished card sets. One set, Circus Trapeze Flier and one set, Forest which card was Gifted Glinda. So i get email with that this morning saying im pretty much a liar! That I dont appreciate
