My complaint:
I have several and have reported them. First of all I’m going to go back and review some recordings I have but WHILE I was spinning because I had a few spins, had actually just purchased but they disappeared really fast. I watched as I spun hit 3 spin symbols on 20x it saId 200 spins but watched as it gave 2 spins then subtracted them. Another time on 100x bet instead of my spin balance being 4400 from 4500 it went to 3500, I’ve seen this a couple times that I caught. Now I’m wondering if this is why my spins have been disappearing even faster than they should had anyone else experienced this.
I gave my pet xp to level up from 95 % to 96% it showed it did but the next day it was again 95% I’ve leveled up 3 times the same deal it never stays I’m trying to get to 99% but it’s stealing my xp if it’s not leveling up and staying.
I was raided several times during viking quest when I’m not supposed to be.
After one tourney to enter the next one I was supposed to hit raids or symbols to enter of which I did for 10 minutes and 1500 spins only to notice my wheel had not changed and it did not enter me in tourney. I had to restart the game for wheel to change and enter me but my 1500 spins were gone and did not count.
Suggested solution:
I want my spins returned, thec200 I spun, then1500 for the tourney. I want my pet foxy to be 99%which I've paid for xp to do that. I want some of my raided money returned from viking quest. I want the company to check if there is a glitch of the game subtracting 1000 off my spin count instead of 100. Ive paid a lot and want my money back if they stole my spins. That is theft if they are subtracting 1000 instead of 100 i paid for those.
