My complaint:
So I have invited multiple friends to join this coin master game and majority say that it doesn’t work, they download the game and try to be friends with me but it doesn’t allow us to be friends. Now for the three people that it did work for it did not give me the 60 free spins. I investigated that it said it wouldn’t work for people that have downloaded the game to their phones before but that is false. My boyfriend had the game before but it gave me the free spins when I invited him and the three other people (that the game successfully added as my friend) it did NOT give me the free spins! I am getting sick and tired of getting so close to receiving a reward from a challenge or competition I just need a few more spins and “oh I’ll add one of my friends to get free spins” but then it doesn’t give it to me and I miss the reward. I am this close to uninstalling the game and telling my friends to uninstall it
Suggested solution:
I would like for coin master to give me my free spins for each friend I Invited and points towards the invite friend bar. At 60 a friend, and three friends I’ve added that totals to 180 spins however I am fine with just 120 spins and two points toward the invite friend bar because the first time it happened I unadded my friend to try and re-add him to see if that would give me the spins but it didn’t work and didn’t allow me to add him again so in my photographic evidence it only shows three (my boyfriend and two other friends ) so I can be reasonable and ask for what I can prove and that is 120 spins for two friends and the two points toward the invite friends bar
