Coin Master complaint: Spins, coins, vikings golds (2) and tonight 2 orders

Ive got so many emails with ScreenShots as well that i have not received really anything with. About 3 or 4 weeks ago i had been cheated upon completion of Vikings and didnt receive gold trapeze flier in Circus which at time would have given me 1,000 for completion , 5,000 spins, 850,000,000 coins and 75k xp. Tonight i go spend $30 of my own money to beat it tonight and it froze and glitched until i had 3 minutes left of game with only 4% of game left to complete. I would have gotten Gifted Glinda which was set complete for 5,000 spins, plus rewards of 5,000 spins, again 850,000,000, 75k xp again. Plus through out ive just had 3k 5k 1k spins just disappear, also over 15B coins easily! Also sail of seas game i didt receive my 3.8k spins either. Most i was able to send SS with it but some happen to fast. I need assistance in order to get back please. Thank you
