My complaint:
I have been watching the amount of spins I have go down on my phone and at times when I use my spins you take double the amount of spins than what I was to have used say I do a x10 bet instead of taking the 10 spins you say you have taken you would take 20 and that’s happened repeatedly over a long period of time now and also when I have left the app on one of your competitions (collect the hats) I had 2898 hats and had to collect 3000 hats to get 5000 spins I came back on to the app the next day and 300 of my hats that I had earned had completely disappeared.
Suggested solution:
Do not take extra spins from anyone on the app especially when it takes ages to receive them in the first place and do not take hats or things you need to collect from people in the competitions in order for them to put money into the game to get back to the place where they were originally at.
