My complaint:

After I completed the cards of “heroes”, the 5000 spin rewards did not go to my account. I exited the app and reset my phone hoping that it will fix the problem but it didn’t. I reached out to customer service and explained what I experienced as this is not the first time happened to my account. I felt unheard as customer service claimed that I received the rewards and ignored the issue. I know how it looks like to complete a set and if I receive a rewards. I am not going to reach out if I received the rewards. I already spent money over the game. Customer service was not so friendly of helping me out and it seems like they’re not willing to listen about my experience over the game. They’re bad with communication and horrible with resolving the issues. They didn’t provide me with a good customer service and it’s all one sided.

Suggested solution:

They should have done much better with their electronic respond. Customer services are repetitive and doesn’t seem genuine. I felt unheard and ignored.
