My complaint:
Robbed me of spins. Refused to help in any way. Passed off to 3 different people only to be told have rechecked our internal systems and can that the milestone (12,000) was not completed in order to receive the rewards. Further, the tournament ended at 21:55 UTC and the raid x250 that you are referring to occurred at 21:56 UTC. I said it was during the perfect raid and asked for a supervisor. This is the Supervisors response. I’m Cerberus, nice to meet you! I’m Valentino’s supervisor. I checked this for you and found that, as you mentioned previously, you have not received tournament points from a raid performed before it ended. So, because of this I’ve just sent a 2900 spins to your account. Please restart your game to collect it. They refuse to provide the fill 3200, and it took 2 days and 4 people just to resolve an issue they were fully aware was evident. So, as much as I’d like to help, any further discussion on this matter would just be a repetition of that.

Make it right. Provide the correct spins. Apologize for the crazy run around, and be supportive in the future. The contact seem to try anything to avaoid resolving the issue.
