My complaint:

I feel not fair when playing Coin Master, I spent lots of cash dollars to buy spins and coins to access Viking Event, but it keeps giving duplicate gold card on the rewards.
During VK Events, when finished the 6th level, will receive a new card, which is why every player to spend coins and spins to strive for. But for my last four times, only repeated gold card received while few of my Card Collection sets still have empty space (gold card) to refill.
I sent several times request to coin master support team but no reply, hope you can solve and made solution to my problem, thanks and looking for the adjustment for me ASAP.

Below are my writing to support team:
“Hi Support Team,
Further my request sent on last Wed 0704, 1104 still looking for yr reply (rewards on last 5 Viking Events, none of new gold card received). During last 2weeks I spent another $500HKD for spins and coin. It was sad that on VK event I still received duplicate gold cards which really upset me, on my card collection set need new gold card to complete which only can receive on VK, pls reply, give solution and solve it for me.”

Suggested solution:
1. Explain the rewards arrangement for my account
2. I have empty space (gold card) on my existing card collection, pls give me gold card to fill it instead of give me repeat card
