My complaint:
During Thors wheel I had 2 spins. I won a joker card and a chest. The pink and gold chest next to the joker. The game froze and I never received the gifts but the spins were accounted for. I had 5 and those 2 brought it to 7but didn’t receive the awards. Especially seeing how I received a joker card, it really frustrated me. I don’t have proof of the rewards because I didn’t think it would freeze. I can show how I now have 7. Usually if something goes wrong it will say I missed coins and give them to me but this it did not give.
Suggested solution:
Just give me the joker card and chest that I should have gotten.
