My complaint:
To whom it my concern,
I started the sweetheart surprise event with 5775 spins. Which puts me in tier 1. My first reward was 1565. I later on closed a sports set for 7000 spins. I just finished the 4K bar which I had to collect 5500 to get 4K spins. Then 400 for coins. My next bar which should be 5.2 or 5.5 K spins I see everyone in my group and Facebook collecting 6250 for 5.5 or 5.2. While on my game I have to collect 8250 for 5.5k spins. Which is the VIP reward. I am not a VIP. I have never played a VIP game. I don’t even have enough spins to be a VIP. Besides I don’t want to be a VIP. Please don’t rip me off my spins. This is not fair.
Suggested solution:
Please change my game back to collecting 6250 for 5.5k spins.
Let's be fair to every prayer. I play this game to release my stress but CM is casing me more stress and frustration.
CM is making a lot of people delete their account because of issues not be resolved.
I need my game back to tier 1.
