My complaint:
I completed the mothers day event up untill the 2.5k spins reward and earned an extra 250 million coins plus 250x spins on multiplier for this event. But I never received any of these rewards. I spend real money on this game only to be met with a negligent team of game developers who can’t even code the game to register rewards properly. As it stands, because of the lack of the payout for spins, I was unable to go any further inanother event which was active at the time and ended up in a measly 9th position where at least 3 was obtainable. This error has ruined my evening and enjoyment of the game.
Suggested solution:
I think my complaint should be resolved by,
1. To firstly at least respond to my issues by means of a real person other than a generic automated script.
2. Complete payout of the rewards i did not receive.
3. Extra compensation due to loosing out on progress in the game due to lack of reward payout and for the total inconvenience of having to complain about something that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
4. An apology for the inconvenience so I may feel compelled to keep playing this game.
5. To have this ,,,, mess? I could think of other words, but will refrain, fixed. Now that the developers know that there is a problem, they should fix it, never to happen again.
