My complaint:

After having 3 conversations with google play support they were unable to provide me with refund to inapp purchases that was not done by myself. They were unable to give me a refund even tho the refund was within the 48 hour policy. I also took this matter across to the developers of the app explained the situation and they didnt give me any sort of refund. As i was unhappy of the service i took the complaint to my bank to dispute against the situation. They werent able to give me any sort of refund all they advised is to block the inapp purchases for coinmaster thats all that they did. Disgusting customer service from all 3 and unhappy with the services provided. They wouldnt even allow me to refund the money that i didnt pay for that was near enough more than £30 gone down the drain.

I would appreciate it if theres any chance on funding that money back in to the account or even provide me with credit to my googleplay account to ensure that the situation is under control. I briefly explained to them that i had no authorisation regarding the payments but unfornately nothing has been done. Terrible service.
