My complaint:
I’m really disappointed in this app my child used coin master to play the game but had paid for things on there to to the total of £194.23 pence witch was for new school uniforms witch I can now no longer get its sad that you refused refunds for such a lot of money that’s a 6 year old had purchased I will be taking this further it’s disgusting.
Suggested solution:
By refunding me my money back she's a child for god sake .
