My complaint:

I contacted your team 2 days ago requesting a refund and no correspondence at all.

I explained that I was requesting a refund as unauthorised payments were made to yourself from my debit card from my 8 year old son. Waking up to 18 transactions is quite shocking.

My son suffers with autism and ADHD and has no concept with money and believed that it was all part of the game.

I have contacted Apple and I have contacted my bank, just giving yourselves a chance to do what’s right for a single dad of 3 and an upset child who has been in tears since telling me he will pay it back when his a man.

The boy is 8 and has enough to contend with in life, the security in regards to yourselves and apple are hidden amongst setting as I only found this out after through customer service with apple.

No asking for 3 digit codes on back of card, this was far too easy for him to be able to do.

Suggested solution:

As I said my little boy is only 8,

You probably hear it all the time but make an exception for my lad please
