My complaint:
My 3 Yr old daughter purchased 3k spins for 39.99 by accident. I have emailed looking for the refund as I can no longer play the game until they take the 3k spins of my account. This happened last week.
Suggested solution:
Respond to my numerous emails and refund as quickly as possible as I cannot afford to pay the 39.99 which has been billed to my monthly phone contract due tomorrow
