My complaint:

I purchased coin master solid pack v4.4 with the amount of 299 pesos last july 8, 2020 but i did not received the item and yet they credited the said amount on my bank account. Its been almost two weeks and they haven’t done anything on about it. I have been sending them email every now and then but im always getting their its a system generated reply.

Its either they will credit the item on my coin master account or give me back the 299php refund on my bank account.
