My complaint:
At least they have lowered their prices, however, they state 1 out of 100 or 1 in 85, or 1 in 65 is a gold card. Why would anyone want to purchase anything with those odds? Ridiculous! I’m fed up with them and their stingy offerings.
Suggested solution:
Offer better rewards.
