My complaint:
I won a tournament I came in 3rd place I received my winnings off a box and spins I did not receive my coins off 2.5B , I have emailed support team on coin master and the lady has said the coins went in my account and closed my query I tried to state I haven’t received them and she shut me down, I have emailed a photo off my coins and still they aren’t helping me, I spent mostly all day trying to win this pit quest because I am off sick due to medical reasons and this has annoyed me and got me disappointed in the game
Suggested solution:
Giving me my 2.5B coins before the quest runs out, if the quest runs out I would like what I would have won in the quest..
