My complaint:
I bought maybe three to five dollar purchases about three to five times I was charged for several more transactions that were not authorized.
Suggested solution:
These unauthorized transactions need to be refunded to me immediately... I can show my bank statement but don't feel comfortable doing it on this since I've already had several hundred dollars stolen from me from a restaurant and Google. However if someone contacts me and can verify that they work for this company I will provide my bank statement showing all the unauthorized charges.
