My complaint:
I started playing this with my son that has CHARGE syndrome and I fell in love with the game and we were playing this game last night and my phone died in the middle of spinning. When I went to Coin Master this afternoon with my son all my spins were gone and spins are very expensive. We decided that I was going to purchase spins so I can win extra spins so when I finally won the extra spins it made a 20 something dollar purchase worth it. All in total it was basically $40 in purchases because I was playing with my son and we bought a few package deals to keep winning more spins Even though it is very expensive and you can go through those in a couple minutes if you wanted to. He has his own account as well and now I am definitely not gonna purchase any more package deals from them especially if a couple thousand spins Are just going to vanish. I am just really upset and obviously there’s nothing really I can do. On top of it all when I wanted to report the complaint I went onto the Internet and it they sent me a link after I put in my phone number and I plugged in my phone number birthday and something else and next thing you know I have a Facebook account and I had to pick a bunch of friends and now they have all these people talking to me that I don’t even want to talk to or see either. It just makes one thing worse And turned it into nightmare.
Suggested solution:
To tell you the truth the only thing that I would like is to have the spins back and I don’t even think I can delete my Facebook page I don’t even have the app for it yet but I have people already sending me messages
