My complaint:
I purchased a chest with spins and the next 2 chest were supposed to be free. It gave me my spins and allowed me to open up 2nd free chest.when I went to collect my 3rd free chest, the event running ended and my 3rd chest disappeared and another completely different purchase was showing available. I reached out to coin master support and they tried to say I didn’t receive my 3rd chest because the purchase I made was 1 out of 2 and I had to purchase it twice to get the free chest. That’s a lie. I already collected the first Free chest and if I had to purchase the first chest twice it would have never allowed me to open the 2nd free chest. They don’t have a clue what there talking about and try to blame their players instead. I work very hard for my money and was spending 100$ a month on this game for my enjoyment but never ever again will I make another purchase after being treated like I’m the fool and never doing a thing to resolve the missing part of my purchase. In the long run it’s their loss and it just shows how stupid these support techs are. They will never be able to rip me off ever again. No way will I make another purchase and I will warn all others not to as well.
Suggested solution:
Give me my missing purchase or a refund.
