My complaint:
I had had 5 people join coinmaster because of my invite. I did not receive spins for 4 of them so far now. I emailed coinmaster to ask why they hadn’t gone through and provided all details to them that I could as I have 5000 friends and sent the invite to alot. I only took account of 1 notification via screenshot as the notifications are on coinmaster and therefore not saved. The 3 was when they had an offer on for 75% and the only just today had 120 spins on too of what you get normally when they join. So I spoke to someone via email and they refused to help me. I told them my issue and that I hadn’t received anything and why they wouldn’t send me the spins I was owed. They told me that unfortunately they reached a conclusion that they wouldn’t do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting. I have spent a fortune on this game and invited my fans and friends to play and this is how I am treated! Your happy to take my money but not happy to give what I am entitled to in regards tj your game and rules, Which were all followed. I will be posting this on all forums. Beyond appalled

Send me my spins that Im owed which is thousands and compensation for the way Ive been treated and time spent and waiting for this to be resolved from 16th march till now. Also would like my £60 thats I have spent on your game. If your still not happy to do this then I will be more than happy to take this further
