Coin Master complaint: Not receiving gifts and rewards

My complaint:

I contanted customer service due to me not receiving my 4000 spins from a gift during a tournament. I sent them the proof of me meeting the requirements to receive the gift. Customer serivce just told me they looked into and that I received my gift. When I emailed them back they never responded,

Suggested solution:

I feel like I should be gifted my spins. I play the game like I am supposed to and they somehow find a way to not hold up their end of the rules they have us playing by.
