My complaint:
I’ve been getting spins and coins as rewards for things and a lot of the time I do not receive these as I should. WHEN I do, they end up disappearing when I haven’t even been on the game. Also when I try and claim spins and coins through the website, it takes me to the coin master app and then doesn’t reward my the spins. I’m getting tired of it now and if it carries on, I’ll be one of many facing the same issues to quit the game. Also to add, there are waayyy too many pop ups for the packs and stuff!
Suggested solution:
I’d like some sort of reward to make up for lost spins and coins (which would be thousands). I’d like a reward of some spins and coins and to actually get decent winnings where appropriate..
