My complaint:

This is the complaint that I have had and now been ignored

Hi

I am hoping you can help. My autistic daughter has been playing n your game for a few weeks now and has been purchasing coin packs with out my consent.

She did not realise it was real money she was spending. This has now left me very overdrawn and with a lot of bills.

Would it be possible to have this money refunded as I mentioned before I did not give consent for these payments to be made. I appreciate any help that you would be able to give regarding this matter.

I have been though to coin master direct but they have said they can’t refund and I have to go back to apple since then I have spoken to apple again and they have said that they money is with you so it would have to be coin master to refund. I explained to apple what they said and I was told that I was been fobbed off and that it is only them who can refund either the full amount or at least half

Please can I have some help on this matter this is causing me great distress and health problems. The monies spent was a very large amount
