My complaint:

This isn’t a complaint but my other account has been locked due to security check and I can’t access it with out my old number. I’ve called Optus trying to retrieve it but they tell me it’s been disconnected and I can’t get it back anymore I’ve contacted Facebook sent in IDs but nothing’s happening. I’ve finally got some coins and spins stacked and don’t want to have to start again is there any chance you could possibly move it to this account please?
