My complaint:
I went to bed on 2-8-20 leaving Viking quest on I have looked into this again. You stopped playing the Viking quest on July 2 at 02:56 pm UTC when you had reached 73.21% of the last mission. On July third, you clicked on the Viking Quest icon at 07:03 am UTC, entered the game and left the quest without playing
So should bev73.21% at 7.03
But as you see from screenshot that’s incorrect
So if that how can you say there wasn’t an error it reset on game
I have contacted them and they say it’s correct but on 3-8-20 when I woke it had dropped 31.25
I sent a screenshot but they are not interested
It proves that for some reason through the night I lost over 40% progress on Viking quest and if this hadn’t of happened I had enough time coins and credits to complete it if it had of still been on 73%
Suggested solution:
They should give me my reward of 5000 spins as they can see from my progress I would have completed it if the error had not of occurred
