My complaint:

Hello, I have raised a ticket about my complaint to your online. I haven’t received any email from your end. Yesterday’s July 6th, when playing my coin master through my mobile, there was a connection error for several times and thought it was only my wifi issue. Then i noticed that my name was changed suddenly to Cecilia and my level became lower than where I was. My previous level was around 1800 plus and was changed to 971. All the levels I worked hard to achieved was lost. And i wrote few times for this issue and none het back to me. I have also raised some ticket that July 2nd I have purchased spins online for $2.98 billed to my Itunes but actually that day I didn’t purchased anything. Kindly look through this matter as my friends feedback to me that they’re seeing me in a different level and name too.

Suggested solution:

Though I received 5k spins from them today July 6th. I was not happy because it's not my own level and account at all. Please resolve it by giving me back my old level 1800 at village 56 instead of me using and playing a different account and repeating the same Again.
