My complaint:
My account (Love Joy Peace) has disappeared. I have been having problems with receiving gifts from the links so I deleted and re download the app. Subsequently, it doesn’t log in as my Facebook account. My account is completely wiped out.
Suggested solution:
Please reinstate my account along with all the rewards I’ve accumulated. I’m currently chasing for my rewards which is ending soon. Please help to reinstate ASAP. Thanks.
