My complaint:
I had over 4k in spins wich I purchased. Hit 600, on bet blast, got a raid, boom all my spins were gone. Then later that evening I recived route 66 cards times 3, logged out of game, logged in to my other account.When I logged back in my cards were gone. Customer support, says I traded those cards in chest. I absolutely did not. My 4k spins, there saying it was game play. I have pictures of my cards. I’m so disappointed in this issue.
Suggested solution:
I want my spins and my cards. I'm an active player, I'm appaled at how this has been handled. I can only select 1 picture but have 2 showing my cards vanished.
