My complaint:
I sent at least 15 complaints since last week. None of them have been taken into consideration.
I am a daily buyer. i spend a lot of money on this game. I had connexion problems several times. I had problems with the 50% bonus when buying cards where i didnt get the additional cards. I spent more that 20 B on vikings and cannot win it. I stop building villages and buy billions and billions of boxes without any new card, when i have 3 hammers, it bugs only when i need to attack , i continue buying everyday .. i sent messages on messages to coin master support to ask them for a compensation, always receive the same automatic message from them. They dont have any consideration for buyers.. how will they game continue without us?
Suggested solution:
I know some persons got considerable free spins and i only asked them for a considerable commercial gesture for me. You can check that i buy a lot and i consider that i am not begging for free as i spend my money on this
