My complaint:

I have been playing for years but the last few days I have lost alot of spins I have won they say collect but they do not get added on to my spins I have lost hundreds of spins because of this please resolve

Suggested solution:

Please add my spins I have lost to my account and please resolve this so it doesn't happen again
