My complaint:

Afters spending over. $40.00 on this game . Since last Monday I’ve been getting a lost connection message when I try to launch the game. There is nothing wrong with my internet.

I’ve sent several emails to the help desk and I’ve received little to no response. Only what seems to be auto responses.
