My complaint:
Lost close to 1K spins, coins went to 0 and Im close to hitting a target and gaining rewards that I would have easily achieved with the spins I had.
Also Some rewards gained while the app kept crashing were lost.
Their customer service is shocking
Suggested solution:
In an ideal world they should replenish all lost rewards, coins and spins. However I can see how this would be hard for them to calculate.
But the poultry 100 spins I received as a sorry for issues with the app felt more like a kick in the teeth
Than a reprieve.
