Coin Master complaint: Loss of coins, spins, and rewards

This is an ongoing issue. At first I thought it was because I was new at the game. But, I have been playing it for awhile.
The first thing is that I keep loosing coins when I win a Raid.
249,000,000 once then a couple other times but today it was a perfect raid of 24,000,000 coins x 3 and I did get any coins and none of the other rewards that usually come with it. This has happened twice within less than a week.
Last but not least I am supposed to get some free spins as rewards and that doesn’t happen.
I really like the game but I would appreciate it if you have any advice on if I am doing something wrong or it it a glitch
